Note that only limited seats are available and preference to register and attend shall be given to postgraduate research students, senior undergraduates, etc. The lectures and tutorials in the school will be targetted at the audience with a familiarity of Machine Learning at the level of an early-stage graduate student, but don’t let this statement stop you from applying if you’re interested in attending!
The registration fee varies as per your professional status and affiliation. For more details see here. Also note that the discounted rate is available only if you registered before the early-bird deadline (26th September). The organizing committee has the rights to reject or cancel the registration of any participant.

The selected candidates shall have to pay the registration fee as per the following rates. Please note that this amount covers lunch and coffee breaks every day, welcome reception, and other event-related expenses. Other than that, it does not include any substantial food provision (i.e., breakfast or dinner) or accommodation. Estimated cost for a standard meal in any of the student halls ranges between INR 60 to INR 75 as per the day-menu.

Accomodation during the winter school period (18 Dec - 21 Dec) shall be provided for registrered participants in the institute halls (subject to availability) at nominal charges. For more details click on the button below.

Q: I could not register/pay by the due date because of [XYZ] reason. Can I get an exception and register/pay after the specified deadline.
A: The deadlines are strict and hence we cannot support any extension to the same. We regret for the inconvinience.
Q: How can I get an accomodation?
A: Accomodation will be provided in-campus. Please note that this is not covered in the registration. For more details on the rates and how to get accomodation, click here.
Q: Can I get a refund of the registration fee if I’m not able to attend the school?
A: Yes, refunds of the registration fee (minus 18% GST) are possible and will be considered if a justifiable reason is provided (e.g., health issues or unexpected personal circumstances). Refund requests must be submitted no later than 15th November, otherwise, due to the organization costs already incurred (catering and venue services), we will not be able to provide a refund.
